GoDND – Go Dream and Discover is a travel discovery and enquiry facilitation platform showcasing curated travel experiences across Northeast India.

At its current stage:

• GoDND does not require account creation or login.
• GoDND does not directly operate tours or provide transportation or accommodation.
• GoDND facilitates contact between users and independent travel vendors.
• Unless expressly stated otherwise, GoDND acts solely as an intermediary platform.

2. Nature of Our Service

GoDND enables users to:

• Browse curated travel itineraries
• Submit travel enquiries
• Be connected with relevant independent vendors

GoDND does not conclude contracts on behalf of vendors. Any booking, agreement, or transaction entered into following an enquiry is concluded directly between you and the relevant vendor.

3. Transparency Regarding Vendors

Travel vendors featured on GoDND:

• Operate as independent businesses
• Set their own pricing, availability, cancellation policies, and service terms
• Act as separate data controllers regarding personal data they receive

Before entering into a booking agreement, you should review the vendor’s own terms and policies. For users located in the EEA, this disclosure is made to ensure transparency under applicable EU consumer protection laws.

4. User Eligibility

• GoDND does not collect payments on behalf of vendors unless explicitly stated.
• Refunds, cancellations, and modifications are governed by the vendor’s policies.
• Any payments made directly to independent travel vendors or third-party service providers are outside GoDND’s control, and GoDND shall not be responsible for the processing, refunds, cancellations, or disputes relating to such payments.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EEA Consumers)

Under EU consumer law, a 14-day right of withdrawal may apply to certain distance contracts.

However, this right may not apply to leisure services related to specific dates or periods of performance (e.g., tours, accommodation bookings), as permitted under Article 16 of the Consumer Rights Directive.

Any applicable withdrawal rights will depend on the vendor’s service and the nature of the contract concluded directly with them. GoDND does not itself conclude travel contracts and therefore does not provide withdrawal rights in relation to vendor services.

• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to interfere with website functionality
• Engage in abusive or harmful communication
